DWIG Inc.

Terms of Service

The service

DWIG prepares meeting briefs for sales reps. It builds them from the sources you connect. It delivers them by text and in the app. DWIG Inc. provides DWIG. These terms are the agreement between you and DWIG Inc.

Eligibility

DWIG is for business use. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. If you use DWIG for an employer, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at dev@dwig.ai if someone else reaches it.

Acceptable use

Do not break the law with DWIG. Do not use it to reach data you are not allowed to see. Do not resell it. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it.

Your content

What you connect and what you write stays yours. You give DWIG Inc. permission to process it to provide the service. That means preparing, delivering and storing your meeting briefs.

Connected sources

The calendar, email and CRM services you connect belong to other companies. Your use of each one stays under that company's own terms. A change on their side can change what DWIG is able to do.

Text messages

DWIG sends you text messages. Connecting your number is how you consent to them. The SMS Program page sets out the program, how often it writes and how to stop it.

No warranties

DWIG is provided as it is. A brief is a summary assembled by software, including AI models. It can be wrong or incomplete. Your own judgement runs the meeting. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on liability

DWIG Inc. is not liable for indirect losses. That includes lost profit, lost business and lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for DWIG in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Stop using DWIG whenever you like. You can delete your account from the app. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. We may discontinue the service with notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs to the courts of Florida.
