What DWIG is
DWIG prepares meeting briefs for sales reps. Before a meeting, it reads the invitation, recent email and your CRM record. It then sends you a short brief. DWIG Inc. operates DWIG and is responsible for the data described here.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and your email address.
- Data from the sources you connect, with your consent. This covers calendar events, email content and CRM records.
- Messages sent and received through the DWIG number.
- Device location and recordings. We collect these only when you use the companion app feature that needs them, and only after you grant the permission.
How we use it
We use your data to prepare and deliver your meeting briefs. We use it to run and secure the service. We use it to answer you when you contact us. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your data to train models.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a source, we delete the data that came from it. When you delete your account, we delete your data.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run DWIG. They host the service, store data, send messages, run AI models and measure usage. Each provider processes data on our behalf and under contract. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Google user data
DWIG's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is never used for advertising. It is never sold. It is never used to train models.
Security
We encrypt your data in transit and at rest. We also encrypt the tokens that let DWIG reach a source you connected.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. You can ask us to delete it. You can disconnect any source at any time from the app. Write to dev@dwig.ai.
Children
DWIG is for business use by adults. It is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
